true middle eastern experience clean room unhygienic bartender no response

jashu provided very good service. she provided everything we asked for and is really kind. the architecture and design enhances the true middle eastern experience. the rooms are clean, and the view is surreal.

nobody came to check on us or take an order. the bartender tasted a cocktail mix from the blender with a spoon then used the same spoon without washing.

Acceptable stay overall

The hotel staff was helpful. Mr Bhavesh showed professionalism and politeness. The room provided a view of the emirates palace. It was within walking distance of the hotel. This.

They were slow and did not know who was doing what. I ordered a taxi from the front desk. No one notified me after it had arrived. I had to find my driver. He was annoyed.

discolored light switches dirty pool

the extensive breakfast buffet met my needs.

i found the staff indifferent upon arrival. the room i was given felt old fashioned. light switches were discolored and there were no plugs near the bed for charging devices. the pool area looked dirty.

The hotel had a great restaurant selection. I especially enjoyed the moroccan cuisine. there was also a private beach area complete with loungers! though the sand was hot.

sometimes, there was a wait for the elevators because office spaces are also in the building

I really loved the breakfast selection. They have a wide variety. the private beach access was awesome. It was super convenient and right next to the hotel. bishnu, the concierge, helped a lot. he gave us tips on what to do.

the air conditioning seemed a bit old. it didn't cool the room as well as i hoped.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. Breakfast had a very good selection of dishes. Mr Louee at the reception provided excellent help .
