Bab Al Qasr Hotel Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi

I had an overall great experience at Bab Al Qasr Hotel! The service was top-notch, and the variety of dining options made every meal enjoyable. However, I did notice some cleanliness issues with the windows, which detracted a bit from the incredible views. The beach and pool areas were a hit with my family, but I was disappointed that some amenities for children were lacking compared to last year.

I had a really frustrating experience during my stay at this hotel. While the property had the potential to impress with its beautiful architecture and great location, the service was severely lacking. It was disheartening to see how much it has declined compared to my previous visits. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor management and unprepared staff.
